INSTRUCTIONS:
The download comes with a patch and Lunar IPS. You'll need an English Pokemon Emerald ROM to apply the patch to.
Simply open Lunar IPS, select "Apply Patch", and then choose the Viet Emerald patch and then your ROM. If you already had the previous version of Viet Emerald, you should be able to apply the new patch over the old one.)

(Something I don't understand is, some music tracks, such as the flower shop theme, or the team aqua battle theme, have horrible distortions in them under certain parts of the theme. Is that an issue with the hack itself, or is my ROM messed up?
